Shipping & Return Policies


Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 


Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.


Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.


Knife Laws. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.


Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.


Manufacturers Defects, Incorrect Shipped Items or Lost Shipments. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. All products must be in new, unopened condition if it is being returned.

Incorrectly shipped items: Return item and include a return receipt for freight. The freight credit will either be the exact amount on the original invoice or the actual cost of freight to Campingdem.com. This will be done at Campingden.com discretion. If the order was shipped ground and customer decides to overnight the package to return faster, you will do so at your expense. Once the incorrect item is received, we will ship out the correct item. If you wish to have the correct item shipped out prior to us receiving back the incorrect item, we can do so, but you will be responsible for the original item's purchase price should it not be returned. No express freight methods will be used for items shipped a second time regardless of how the item was originally shipped. Include a copy of original packing slip with Return Authorization number. Ship via a traceable method (UPS, FEDEX, USPS w/package tracking).

If you order does not arrive in the customary 7-10 day delivery time or appears to be lost. Contact us support@campingden.com. We will file a claim with the carrier. These claims can take upwards of 30-days. If you request a second shipment, you will be charged for the replacement order and be credited for the lost order upon resolution of the lost package.


Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to support@campingden.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

All returned products initially purchased regardless of reason must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.


Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
  4. All returns must be prepaid. NO CODS, they will not be accepted.
  5. If the order was shipped ground, and you decide to overnight the package to return faster, you will do so at your own expense. 
  6. Enclose a brief letter of explanation for return.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. If you receive a return authorization number for an item that was shipped incorrectly, or defective. Return item and include a return receipt for freight. The freight credit will either be the exact amount on the original invoice or the actual cost of freight to Campingden.com. This will be done at Campingdem.com discretion.


Canceled orders, Stop Shipment, Out of Stock Items, Restocking fees

We can try to stop or cancel an order. If it is shipped USPS we can not stop the shipment. If it is shipped UPS we can try but not always successful. There will be a $10 fee plus return freight if we are unable to stop or cancel shipment. Only orders that have not yet been shipped or are not in process can be canceled. It is important to notify us immediately to cancel an order, as most orders ship same day. If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the NORMAL RETURNS PROCESS, if the package is refused then a return freight charge will be added.

Call tags will not be issued for any reason. We will credit you for freight only if it is our error. In order to get reimbursed for return freight, you must include a receipt for the return freight when you ship the product back.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct. If the carrier bills Campingdem.com for an address correction you will be billed for this charge. UPS charges $5.00 for ground and $10.00 for express packages.

Return for exchange fee is $10.00 plus S&H.

Return for refund fee is 15% restocking fee ($3.00 minimum) plus 6% credit card fee.

If merchandise ordered is out of stock, and you do not wish to wait for backorder a refund/credit will be issued promptly. All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive credit to the credit card. Back orders do happen due to manufacturer supply. If your order is partially back ordered, the manufacturer will determine if the order can be shipped in two segments. The initial shipping will be paid by you and back ordered items will be paid by manufacturer.
